If you give us your consent, we upload your email and phone number to Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram, based in the United States (if you live in the European Union, to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Before sending them we turn them into a code (SHA-256 hash). Meta acts on our behalf: it uses the code only to find your account and deletes it after the match. For this list we do not send your name or any other data.
We use it so you don't see ads meant for people who don't know us yet, and to show you Panavanti news. We don't use it to find people similar to our clients. If we ever want to, we will ask you separately.
We only include clients who said yes, never someone who only made an inquiry. The transfer is based on your consent (Law 81 of 2019, article 33, item 1). We keep you on the list until you withdraw it and review the list every 12 months. To withdraw, reply "no" to the same message or write to info@inmobiliariapanavanti.com: on that same business day we stop using your data for advertising and remove you from the Meta list.
When you message us on WhatsApp from a Facebook or Instagram ad, we tell Meta, within 7 days of the click, whether you are asking for yourself or as a broker presenting a client, and what stage the conversation reached (qualified, visit scheduled, proposal or closed). The notice carries the click identifier Meta created, not your name, phone number or email. Meta uses it to measure our ads and to show them to people more likely to be interested, and may keep it for up to two years. If you don't want us to report on your conversation, tell us in the same chat or write to info@inmobiliariapanavanti.com.

If we don't answer or you disagree with our answer, you can go to the Personal Data Protection Directorate of ANTAI, Panama's data protection authority (protecciondedatos@antai.gob.pa, antai.gob.pa).
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. This includes SSL encryption, secure storage, and strict access controls.
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Marketing data is deleted if there's no activity for 3 years. Transaction data is retained according to applicable legal obligations.
Some providers store or process data outside Panama, such as our CRM database, email, WhatsApp and our artificial intelligence assistant. In those cases processing is governed by each provider's data protection agreements, in line with articles 51 and 53 of Executive Decree 285 of 2021. We only send Meta the data described in the sections on ads and conversations.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years old. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website.
