Panavanti S.A. was founded in 2020 and works out of P.H. Dream Plaza in Costa del Este, Panama City. The founders are Alexandro Carnevali Rojas, with more than 30 years in real estate and construction, and Shai Bar-Ziv, who comes from technology. As of September 16, 2026 we have 96 active listings for sale and rent, among them Plaza CDE in Costa del Este and Casa Donovan in Casco Antiguo.

Who founded Panavanti
Shai Bar-Ziv
Co-founder and general manager
Shai comes from technology and runs Panavanti's operation. He built the tools we use to compare prices by neighborhood and asset class, and the ones that publish the inventory on the site every night.
Alexandro Carnevali Rojas
Co-founder and general manager of sales
Alexandro has more than 30 years in real estate and worked in construction before that, so he can read a building site and a sales contract. He co-founded Panavanti in 2020 to build the brokerage he would have wanted to hire as an investor.

We sell or lease the offices and retail units a company no longer uses, and we structure sale-leasebacks when it wants to free up capital without moving.
