The Avenida Balboa corridor — including Marbella, Bella Vista and Paitilla — is Panama City’s urban waterfront: high-rise towers facing the bay and the Cinta Costera park, minutes from Casco Antiguo and the financial district. It concentrates some of the city’s most recognizable vertical inventory.
For investment, the corridor offers permanently protected views (the bay cannot be built on), high resale liquidity and an active executive rental market. Earlier-generation towers in Paitilla and Bella Vista often offer the city’s best price per square meter with a view.
